Hello and welcome to Makers Month! We did this last year and had so much fun with it that we thought we would do it again.
So Makers Month... what's it all about, why do we do it and all that stuff. We are very keen here at Live it. Love it. Make it, on giving designer/makers and bloggers an opportunity to show you guys what they do. It's the reason we do a Let's meet feature once and month and why we go to craft fairs and events - ok, so maybe some of that is just because we love going to craft fairs and events! oops.
This is a great way to showcase what the British side of the crafts and makers out there are doing. We like to keep it British as that is where we are based, but also, there is something so nice about finding all the hidden gems of people who keep everything based on this little Island of ours - a hard thing to do these days.
Anyway, I digress. So we have interviews with Designer/makers, Tutorials, insights into how to start your own Etsy shop and a few myths to be busted too.
We will also be sharing our little space with some great Designer/makers and bloggers and so it will not just be our voices you will hear this month.
You can also let us know what you do like over on our Instagram as there will be a few of our gems over there too - we don't want to give away too much so are keeping it very hush hush for now.
